Game StoryTORONTO (Ticker) -- Voshon Lenard appears to be over his back problems. Lenard, who missed the previous three games with a sore back, scored 11 of his 23 points during a 3 1/2-minute span of the fourth quarter as the Toronto Raptors continued their mastery of the Chicago Bulls with a 103-89 victory. "I felt pretty good once I got loosened up," Lenard said. "I thought we did a goob job early. That's what it's all about - to come out aggressive. You can't take anything away from Chicago." The Raptors posted their 16th straight win over the Bulls, who have lost nine straight overall and 11 of their last 12. Lenard took over in the fourth quarter, scoring all but one of Toronto's 12 points during his streak. He ended the burst with a side jumper that gave the Raptors an 85-75 lead with seven minutes remaining. The only point Lenard did not score during the spurt was a technical foul shot by Alvin Williams. Lenard was He 9-of-15 from the field. Vince Carter and Williams scored 20 points apiece for Toronto, which snapped a two-game slide. The Raptors led by as many as 16 points in the final minutes. Jerome Williams returned after missing five games with a sore left elbow and contributed 11 points off the bench for the Raptors. "It's wonderful to get that kind of effort from guys who are just coming back," Carter said. "Voshon shot the ball extremely well and we had good mental focus." "Voshon did a good job of making shots in the fourth quarter and we were able to feed him and feed off him," Alvin Williams added. Eddy Curry scored 19 points and Marcus Fizer contributed 16 for the Bulls, who held a 54-50 lead with 8:25 left in the third quarter. The Raptors answered with an 8-0 run and never were threatened thereafter. "I thought that for most of the game, for three quarters, our guys played hard," Chicago coach Bill Cartwright said. "But that stretch in the fourth quarter when we needed to keep our poise, it just didn't happen." "At game time we found out that Jerome and Voshon could go and they came in and did a great job," Toronto coach Lenny Wilkens said. "It allowed for real good rotations and we got good minutes from our bench." But the Raptors, who dressed just eight players in their previous game, did not escape unscathed. Antonio Davis left with 2:24 remaining in the second quarter with a sore right knee and did not return. "It's always good to get guys back," Alvin Williams said. "Jerome brings a lot of energy. But we lost Antonio. Hopefully, everything will be OK with him." Carter also grabbed 10 rebounds for his first double-double of the season. The Raptors' bench scored a season-high 47 points. "Hopefully, if we can get everybody back we can make a big run," Carter said. "Alvin's been playing well all season, hard and smart." Jalen Rose scored 15 points for the Bulls, but made just 4-of-19 shots. He scored a season-high 37 points in Wednesday's 111-101 loss at Cleveland. "We just didn't get it done," Rose said. "In the fourth quarter, they had a big-time run. Voshon Lenard stepped up and made some big shots. Once they got the fourth-quarter lead, it seemed like it was downhill for our team." The Bulls dominated inside, outscoring the Raptors in the paint, 62-26, despite being outrebounded, 50-34. However, Chicago was 0-of-8 from 3-point range, compared to 5-of-15 for the Raptors.
