Game StorySAN ANTONIO (Ticker) -- After a slow start to the season, the San Antonio Spurs have found another gear. Tim Duncan registered another double-double as the Spurs extended their winning streak to 11 games with a 111-90 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers. Since falling under .500 on December 3 following a loss to the Los Angles Lakers, the defending NBA champions are unbeaten with nine double-digit wins. Duncan again led the way for the Spurs as he collected 22 points and 11 rebounds en route to his 16th double-double of the season. Tony Parker added 19 points and a career-high 14 assists for the Spurs, who placed six players in double figures. "I'm feeling really good," said Parker, who was hampered by an ankle injury early this season. "My ankle is now 100 percent and it really makes a big difference when I could go full speed." "Tony was great," Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said. "He was a threat. He had an all-time career high in assists and he scored, which helped keep everybody honest. He's the consummate point guard." Elton Brand had 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Clippers, who committed 25 turnovers that the Spurs converted into 36 points. Los Angeles completed a 1-2 road trip. "One stat really says it all tonight - 36 points off 25 turnovers," Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy said. "That's a sign of horrible decision-making. Our execution lacked a little and the Spurs read situations so well." Manu Ginobili had five points and Duncan and Rasho Nesterovic added four each in a 20-5 run over the final 6:09 of the first quarter that gave the Spurs a 35-22 lead. Ginobili finished with 16 points, Robert Horry and Bruce Bowen had 11 apiece and Malik Rose 10 for the Spurs, who shot 56 percent (47-of-84) and made 7-of-15 3-pointers. After the big first quarter, the Spurs led by double digits the rest of the way and by as many as 23 points late in the third period.
