Game StoryCHICAGO (Ticker) -- Doug Christie, Mike Bibby and the Sacramento Kings did just enough to extend their winning streak against the Chicago Bulls to 10 games. Christie and Bibby hit some clutch jumpers down the stretch as the Kings held off the Bulls, 91-83, for their 15th straight victory over Eastern Conference foes and fifth win in six games overall. The Kings, who scored a season-low 75 points in Thursday's loss at Minnesota, were without injured All-Star Brad Miller, Chris Webber (suspension) and Tony Massenberg (food poisoning). Sixth man Bobby Jackson aggravated an abdominal injury in the second quarter and sat out the second half. "It was difficult," said All-Star forward Peja Stojakovic, who led the Kings with 24 points. "When we have all our guys healthy, we'll have a pretty good team." Using an eight-man rotation, Sacramento was clinging to a two-point lead when Christie and Bibby hit back-to-back jumpers to make it 87-81 with 1:21 to play. Following a jumper by Chicago rookie Kirk Hinrich, Kings rookie Darius Songaila tipped in Bibby's miss with 26 seconds left. "We knew it was going to be a tough game down the stretch, but we made shots, made some plays and, to our credit, I think we just pulled it out," Christie said. "They're a good young ballclub and play hard, but even as depleted as we were, we kept plugging away." Vlade Divac blocked a dunk attempt by Chicago's Tyson Chandler and Bibby capped the scoring with a pair of free throws. The Kings won despite receiving no points from Stojakovic in the fourth quarter. "That's been the history of our team," Sacramento coach Rick Adelman said. "We try to play where it doesn't matter who gets the shot. If we play the right way, everyone's going to get their turn. The Bulls were very concerned about Peja. They weren't leaving him and that opened it for other people." Jamal Crawford scored 23 points to pace the Bulls, who shot just 39 percent (34-of-88) and have not beaten Sacramento since February 28, 1998 - Michael Jordan's final season with the team. "We did not want to give Stojakovic anything," Crawford said. "At the end, we wanted someone else to beat us, and Bibby stepped up and hit some big shots at the end." The Bulls trailed by five points at halftime and fell behind by 10 midway through the third quarter before pulling within 72-70 entering the final period. "We did not come out at halftime with too much energy and fell behind by 10," Chicago coach Scott Skiles said. "We got back in the game, but as happens so much, we battle back and then just are not able to make the big plays that are necessary to win."
