Game StoryPHOENIX (Ticker) -- The "Big Three" of the Los Angeles Clippers once again dominated the Phoenix Suns and helped snap a four-game losing streak. Elton Brand, Corey Maggette and Quentin Richardson combined to score 82 points as the Clippers snapped a six-game road slide, defeating the Suns, 110-98. Richardson led the way with 32 points and 12 rebounds while Brand, who scored a season-low five points Sunday, bounced back with 27. Maggette scored 23, giving the Clippers' three leading scorers 20-plus points in all three meetings with the Suns this season. "It feels good to keep this lead on a hungry team," Brand said. "They aren't going to the playoffs, we're not going. We're just playing for pride right now so it feels good to get the lead and keep the lead. That's where our woes were early in the season." The Clippers broke open the game in the third quarter, taking an 87-72 lead into the final period. Phoenix cut the deficit to 99-93 with 4:26 remaining, but Los Angeles closed the game on an 11-5 run. "Our big three took it to them in the second half," Brand said. "We had a little bit of an advantage in that we didn't play last night," Los Angeles coach Mike Dunleavy said. "We were hoping to keep it moving and hoping they would wear down." The Suns just concluded a road trip where they played four games in five days. "We didn't have the energy and no control," Phoenix coach Mike D'Antoni said. "I really think they wanted to give everything they've got but i just don't think they had a lot of gas left in them." Phoenix dropped to 0-11 at home when its opponent hits the century mark. The Clippers scored 37 points in the second quarter, which tied a season high. Amare Stoudemire scored 28 points for Phoenix, which has lost four straight home games and 14 of 18 overall. Stoudemire has scored over 20 points in 15-of-16 contests. "We just didn't defend tonight and we didn't crash the boards," Stoudemire said. "Their big three are real good once they get going and they're hard to stop. Fatigue does set in after a road trip, but that's part of the game."
