Game StoryCLEVELAND (Ticker) -- Zydrunas Ilgauskas became a factor when the Cleveland Cavaliers needed him most. Ilgauskas had 10 of his 16 points in the final 6 1/2 minutes and LeBron James added 33 as the Cavaliers ran their winning streak to four games with a 99-88 triumph over the hapless Golden State Warriors. After a slow start to the season, Ilgauskas is averaging 22 points per game over his last four contests. He is shooting 58 percent (30-for-52) from the field during that stretch. Golden State forged an 81-81 tie on Derek Fisher's 3-pointer with 7:49 remaining in the contest. All of Ilgauskas' points came in an 18-7 burst that closed the game. "I got a basket and the foul on the spin move on the baseline (with 6:33 left)," Ilgauskas said. "It really got me started and after that, my teammates started looking for me more." "Everybody was little sluggish tonight," Cavaliers coach Paul Silas said. "The last quarter we really picked it up and that's why we won." James, who was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week earlier in the day, continued his torrid scoring pace, eclipsing the 30-point plateau for the third time in five games. He added 11 rebounds and is averaging 32 points per game in three career contests against Golden State. "(LeBron's) mental attitude is that he can do it all," Silas said. "Whatever we need, he's providing it." "I've got to lead this team to the top," James said. "I did my job the first three quarters. (Ilgauskas) and Jeff (McInnis) picked up the slack in the fourth quarter." McInnis added 20 points for the Cavaliers, who opened the season with three consecutive losses but now are over .500 for the first time since January 12, 2001. "Once we get everybody on the same page, we'll be a scary team in the East," McInnis said. Jason Richardson had 27 points for Golden State (1-7), which failed to build on its lone win of the season, a 103-87 triumph over Charlotte on Saturday. The Warriors have lost 15 of their last 17 games in Cleveland but kick off a four-game homestand Wednesday against the winless Chicago Bulls. Golden State managed just four field goals in the fourth quarter. "We didn't play badly until the last five minutes, and, of course, that's when it's most important," Warriors first-year coach Mike Montgomery said. "We had three straight really good looks at threes and missed all three. We were tied at 81, and the next thing you know, we're down." James had a trio of 3-pointers in the second quarter and had 21 points at the break. "If (James) becomes more consistent on his jump shot, he's going to be pretty much impossible to stop," Golden State veteran Calbert Cheaney said. "LeBron James had a pretty nice game, especially in the first half," Montgomery said. "He hit some tough, tough shots."
